Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Global Growth company invites M&A Manager to join our large international team. The M&A Manager (Ukraine) will work closely with Global Growth’s Head of M&A (US based) as well as other global executives with responsibility for all aspects of the Ukraine based M&A team. The responsibilities of this team will include global deal sourcing, deal evaluation, due diligence, legal, and attaining final sign-off of acquisitions from the Global Growth Investment Committee. These M&A projects will cover various sectors and geographies over time, but will initially be focused on Healthcare Technology Companies in Non-English-speaking European markets.

  • Consistently demonstrate leadership and technical competencies necessary to make significant contributions to the long-term viability of Global Growth;
  • Manage a highly qualified & efficient M&A team in the Ukraine that is expected to grow in number over time;
  • Identify companies as potential Mergers & Acquisitions targets within specific target industries/geographies as directed by Global Growth;
  • Set up and take introduction calls with target companies to understand business model and actionability for acquisition;
  • Proactively develop and maintain networks within the investment community and peer groups to help the organization stay ahead of developing investment opportunities in the region;
  • Source and structure financing for potential acquisitions, as needed;
  • Build trust with prospective Mergers & Acquisitions targets, selling the Global Growth organization;
  • Create / lead a team that creates merger, LBO, and DCF financial model analyses, reviewing all work for accuracy.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of seven years related work experience and a record of achievement with a PE firm, family office, investment bank, asset manager and/or institutional consulting firm;
  • Must have exceptional M&A background, proficient in all phases of capital structure analysis and deal execution;
  • Must be able to clearly and concisely articulate and communicate in English, both written and verbally;
  • CFA and/or MBA strongly preferred;
  • Unquestioned integrity, common sense, superior intellectual capabilities and the personal qualities needed to foster a collegial, team effort.
